Vendor Information – Scotland Card Show 2025

Hi everyone,

Firstly, I just want to say a massive thank you for supporting the Scotland Card Show. I’m Jordan – and I truly hope you have a brilliant, successful weekend at the event. This show wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support from all our sponsors, vendors, and guests!

To those of you who have travelled a long way – especially from the USA and Europe – thank you for making the trip to (of course rainy) but always lovely Glasgow. It means the world to us!

Below is all the key info you'll need for the weekend:

📅 Event Dates & Times

Saturday 28th June

  • Vendor Setup: 8:00am – 10:00am

  • Show Hours: 10:30am – 4:30pm

  • Break Down: 4:30pm – 6:00pm

Sunday 29th June

  • Vendor Setup: 8:00am – 10:00am

  • Show Hours: 10:30am – 4:30pm

  • Break Down: 4:30pm – 6:00pm

❗ Note: Friday setup is only for sponsors or vendors with prior arrangement.

🅿️ Vendor Parking

  • Free Parking is available for vendors in Car Park 5, accessible via Stobcross Road.

  • Mention you're an exhibitor at the Scotland Card Show at the barrier.

  • Unloading at Hall 2 for vendors with more than 2 tables, then relocate your car back to Car Park 5.

🏢 Venue Details

  • Venue: SEC (Scottish Event Campus), Glasgow

  • Halls: 1 & 2

  • Entry:

    • On foot or public transport: use the Main Entrance

    • From Car Park 5: use the Back Entrance

🌐 Facilities & Services

  • Wi-Fi: Free open Wi-Fi available throughout the SEC.

  • Food & Drink: Hot meals, snacks, and drinks are available from the SEC restaurant near the main entrance.

  • Overnight Storage:

    • You can leave items overnight if you're attending both days.

    • This is at your own risk – there’s CCTV but no overnight security. We suggest taking valuables with you and covering your table if leaving items behind.

  • Power: Power outlets are not available this had to be arranged in advance.

👷♂️ Health & Safety Notes

  • No under-16s allowed during setup or breakdown.

  • Hi-vis vests must be worn during Friday setup and Sunday breakdown.

  • Please follow all SEC staff instructions and be mindful when using trolleys or carts – only use them when the hall is clear of the public.
